Pastoral Shepherding
Dear brothers and sisters,
Your pastors love you and thank the Lord for you (1 Cor. 1:4)!
It is a privilege and joy from God to care for you (Heb. 13:17). This form is one of a variety of ways we are seeking to fulfill our God-given calling as your pastors (Acts 20:28). If these questions help draw out your heart (Prov. 20:5) so that we can be more aware of how you are doing, then please complete it prior to meeting with a pastor.
The pastors hope to meet with every member twice this year for mutual encouragement and soul care.
